Day 1

Saturday, February 25, 2012

9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

We will discuss the history and elements of traditional Japanese Reiki Level 1 (Shoden), as well as learn how to treat ourselves and other people with opportunities to practice.

Day 2

Sunday, February 26, 2012

9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

We will recap our "people" practice from Day 1 and then discuss how to treat our animal friends with a variety of needs at home, in shelters, in clinics and in nature.

Tuition

$170 for the general public (a portion donated to SARA)
$ 85 for shelter volunteers, fosterers, veterinarians and vet techs*
$ 25 for shelter staff

*Other animal caregivers may qualify for this 50% tuition discount. Please contact Julie to discuss your situation.

Includes

A total of 8-hours of discussion/practice, 57-page class manual, a copy of The Animal Reiki Handbook:  Finding Your Way with Reiki in Your Local Shelter, Sanctuary or Rescue, a certificate of completion, and light refreshments.  Must attend complete class to receive the certificate.
